Lisa Kelly
Executive NHS Leader
Lisa Kelly is an experienced NHS executive leader who brings humanity, courage, and clarity to complex health systems. She has served as both Deputy and Chief Operating Officer across large acute hospital trusts and has extensive experience in service transformation, workforce development, and international health partnerships.
She is a former Director of Strategy and Honorary Advisor to Global Health Partnerships, co-authoring the publication on Health Worker Wellbeing and Global Engagement and is committed to supporting sustainable health partnerships.
Alongside her executive career, Lisa undertakes consultancy, mentoring, and is training as a yoga teacher drawing on her practice to support resilience, wellbeing, and compassionate leadership.
